We may also use PII to contact Members in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

We never share PII with third parties. We link to PayPal.com for payment services, so no credit card or payment information is stored on our Site. Please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy for details.
How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
PII is securely stored on our Site and iContact.com; accessible only by appointed AMC board members. All payment-related data is stored in PayPal.com servers and protected by PayPal.com’s strong encryption protocols and systems.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
Members may opt out of receiving iContact.com emails by using the link at the bottom of emails to manage their communication preferences. Inbound and outbound Site traffic is secured by a Comodo SSL certificate, which protects information sent over the Internet. We continuously run SiteLock’s “Fix” software to scan our Site daily, and alert us if any malware is found. Sensitive information, such as credit card information, is stored only on PayPal.com’s servers and protected by PayPal.com’s strong encryption protocols and systems. If a data breach is detected AMC will notify anyone involved within 72 hours, using their email address on file.
