New Member Registration Form

Atlanta Music Club now offers three ways to pay:

pay via postal mail and check
pay online via credit card (PayPal accepts most major credit cards)
pay online via Zelle

Please note that both online methods require a valid email address. If you do not have a valid email address, you must join or renew via postal mail.

New members

Pay via postal mail and check
- please click here to download, print, and fill out our mail-in member registration form
- Please write “New member dues” in the check’s memo field
- Include the form and your check for the required dues
  - Address it to: Atlanta Music Club, PO Box 15455, Atlanta GA 30333-0455
Pay online via credit card
- Please fill out and submit the form below
Pay online via Zelle
- Please log into your bank with a browser or your smartphone app
- Surf to the Zelle page
- Create a new payment to “zelle@atlantamusicclub.org” and enter the dues amount
- Type “New member dues” in the memo field
- Send the payment

Please note family memberships are restricted to related persons sharing a household.
By joining, you will automatically be added to our emailing list, and will appear in our annual Club membership directory. To opt out of either or both, please send an email request to contact@atlantamusicclub.org directing us to opt you out of either or both.

Please note that PayPal accepts all major credit cards, and does not require you to establish an account with them. You can also choose to pay with your PayPal account If you've already established one.
